20 some years ago the owner realized there was an opportunity to help the contractors disinfecting pipe. The owner was qualified with a degree in water and wastewater technology and his grade 4 operator's certifiations. He then offered his services to the contractors that were disinfecting pipelines and he was successful. We still continue to do these practices.
